At Relia Home, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Damaged Items During Shipping
Even though we take the greatest care in packing, damages can sometimes happen during shipping.

If you open your package and find damaged items, please email photos of the damaged products and a description to support@reliahome.ca.

Once verified, we will ship you a replacement at no cost.
Return Window

You have 7 days after delivery to return undamaged products for a cash refund.

You have 14 days after delivery to return undamaged products for store credit or an exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
For returns or exchanges not related to product quality issues:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Relia Home will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for your desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

Cash refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of approval.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@reliahome.ca.
