Orders and delivery

We deliver within Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, with estimated delivery of 3–7 business days after dispatch.

14-day returns and exchanges

You may request a change-of-mind return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Products must be intact and without signs of use. The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind requests; returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused following inspection. 1-year official manufacturer warranty

DJI and Rokid products sold by Relia include a 1-year official manufacturer warranty. Coverage, covered components and exclusions follow the manufacturer's applicable warranty terms. Keep your proof of purchase and contact us with your order number, product model and a description of the issue.
