Delivery within Canada

Relia Group Incorporated (Relia) ships online orders to addresses in Canada. International delivery is not currently offered through this store. Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout for your delivery address.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. If an order cannot be dispatched within the expected processing period, we will contact you with an update.

Estimated delivery time

Standard delivery within Canada is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Processing time is additional to this delivery estimate. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of destination, carrier service, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges and taxes

Standard shipping is free across Canada on orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of CAD $499 or more, before taxes. No shipping discount code is required. For orders below CAD $499, available shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and order. Applicable taxes and your order total are shown before payment. Review these details before completing your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Contact support@reliahome.ca with your order number if you need help following your shipment.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address and contact information before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly so we can check whether the shipment can still be updated.

Damaged, lost or delayed shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with photographs and your order number. If tracking shows an unusual delay or the package appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and advise you of the next steps.
