At Relia Home, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight/size.

  • Standard delivery times (after dispatch):

    • Canada (domestic orders): 3–7 business days

    • United States: 7–14 business days

    • International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship worldwide, except to regions restricted by law or shipping carrier limitations.

  • Hazardous materials or oversized items may not be eligible for international shipping.


Damages During Shipping

Even though we carefully pack every order, damages may occur during transit.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please email photos and a description to support@reliahome.ca within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Verified damages will be replaced at no additional cost to you.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by their country.

  • Relia Home is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@reliahome.ca and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
